Sure a good pair of socks can be useful, but I’ve complied a list of unique 10 gifts for your favorite people this year.
The benefit of unique gifts?
1. They are super fun.
2. Several support smaller businesses
3. Often a unique gift can feel more personalized!
4. They are more fun to pick out than socks!
- Anything from Rise of the Gingers! A shop I created for the gingers (and ginger lovers of the world)! Use the code Merry10 to get 10% off your ENTIRE order. Our mugs are big top sellers, but you cannot go wrong with a soft tank or tee shirt either.
- Customized silverware from Sweet Thyme Designs – from an Etsy store out of Austin, TX, Sweet Thyme Designs has the cutest hand stamped spoons, forks and serving ware. She also creates the cutest plantable (yes they have flower seeds inside) cards!
- A lego set! – CJ gets a lego set every year! What a I love about legos is that they bring out our inner child. They remind us that we never grow out of somethings 🙂
- A fun pair of TOMS shoes – every year I look forward to rocking my TOMS llama shoes at Christmas. They seriously bring me SO much joy to wear and I get complements on them from pretty much everyone! TOMS has so many fun prints that you’ll love AND most of their winter prints are lined to keep your feet warm!
- Four Things Tote – A company with a fun product and a great cause is always a win, win to me. The Shop Forward allows you to customize a tote bag by picking four of your (or your gift reciever’s) favorite things. These totes are so fun that I bought my mom two of them – ha!
- Name stools – For your little toddler people. Ray uses his name stool EVERYDAY and loves to play with the letters in it.
- Noonday Jewelry and Accessories – Another favorite company of mine. They do good things in the world and each piece of jewelry is handmade, so no one piece is alike.
- Coaching – I made the choice to invest in myself last year through a hope*writer mastermind coaching program. It has been such a blessing to me, therefore I think coaching is ONE of the most valuable things you can gift to yourself and/or others. Here are a few suggestions: Boundaries Coaching, Coaching for Single Christian Creatives, Calling coaching, and (what I probably need) a screen coach!
- Cultivate What Matters Journals – I use mine everyday for scripture writing and really love it.
- 2020 Ornaments – These are from a local shop here in the New Orleans area, and I just couldn’t stop laughing at some of them!
Hope these help you find some of the BEST gifts for your people. Also, if you must get them socks, I recommend Bombas, the best socks ever.
If you want to hear more about my 38 week bump date, and current reading recommendations please sign up for my email list in the pop up (if you haven’t already done so) as these will be sent out TOMORROW!
Cheers to you!
